1. Setup & Installation Q: Do you set up the tents or do I have to do it? 

A: It depends on the tent! For our elegant High Peak Marquee Tents, our professional team handles the complete delivery and setup for safety. For our budget-friendly DIY Pole Tent packages, we drop off the equipment and you handle the setup yourself (instructions provided).

2. Service Area (Updated) Q: How far do you deliver? 

A: We primarily serve a 30-mile radius from Mercersburg, PA, covering the Tri-State area (Greencastle, Chambersburg, Waynesboro, McConnellsburg, Hagerstown). Located outside this area? Please contact us! We frequently accommodate events further away depending on availability and the size of the order.

3. Reliability Q: How do I know the rental equipment will arrive on time? 

A: At Doubell Event Rentals, reliability is our #1 priority. We are a locally owned business built on the promise that “we do what we say we will.” We confirm all delivery times in advance and pride ourselves on showing up exactly when promised with clean, ready-to-use gear.

4. Inventory (Tables/Chairs) Q: Can I rent just tables and chairs without a tent?

A: Yes! While we specialize in tent packages, we also rent sturdy tables, chairs, linens, and photo booths separately. We are happy to handle smaller drop-off orders for backyard parties or family gatherings.

5. Rain/Weather Q: What happens if it rains?

A: Our tents are designed to provide shade and shelter from light rain. However, for severe weather (heavy storms/high winds), safety is our priority. We monitor the weather closely and will discuss options with you leading up to your event to ensure your guests remain safe and dry.
